The best book of 2009

Hands down this is the best book I've read this year (other than the scriptures!). Sarah Palin's book is extremely well written - I was enthralled from start to finish! This is a fabulous book, she is a fabulous person, READ THIS BOOK!!!

This book would make wonderful Christmas gifts for any last-minute shoppers out there (like me)!

Persuasion by Jane Austen...

is a FABULOUS book! I highly recommend it - even though it took every bit of the first 73 pages for me to finally become hooked!

Horsing Around

We helped our nephew with his horses for a bit today. Here's my handsome husband rounding them up...

SO our little guy doesn't understand why the saddle isn't big enough for him AND Daddy! We've decided he will be learning to ride by himself this winter. We're excited and scared all at once...
